Parent Resources

This section of my blog is just for you parents. It has numerous amounts of information on the new changes happening in my classroom and also classrooms across the country. 

1. http://iris.peabody.vanderbilt.edu/module/rti-math/#content - This website has a module on it that tells the viewer about what Response To Intervention is and what it looks like in the classroom. If you use this module and have questions about how I am using these techniques in my classroom feel free to contact me and I will answer all your questions.
2. http://pta.org/files/3rd%20Grade%20June20.pdf - This is an article put out by the National Congress of Parents and Teachers. It talks about what you can do to help your child and also shows you want they will be working on.
3. http://education.ky.gov/parents/Pages/default.aspx - This is the Kentucky Department of  Education parent portion website. I have included it because you may have questions about your child's education at the state level.
4. http://www.madison.k12.ky.us/ - This is the Madison County Schools website. I have included it because you may have questions about your child's education at the county level. This website will also take you to the schools website.
